NKFC are delighted that the Asian Flavors evening at the Cendrillon restaurant raised an impressive $21,993 which was beyond our expectation (our target was $17,000). The remaining money is earmarked for uniforms and other school supplies.

The series of Asian Dinners was a wonderful idea, the East met West! All that attended appreciated the diversity and richness of Asian flavors that were created by convincing and bringing in very talented and exceptional Chefs.

"Discovery of Asian Flavors"

    hosted at Cendrillon Restaurant in SOHO, NY.

Each dinner will be individually designed and prepared by selected guest Chefs to focus on specific Asian cuisines, bringing you the essence and spirit of each culture in a traditional or "Fusion" way.

Please see the attached  registration form for series dates and themes.

These dinners are organized for the benefit of a school for the Children of the Region of Bantey-Srei, Province of Siem-Reap (Cambodia). The cost of the school is $ 17,000 and will enable 200 children, from 5 to 15 years old, to benefit from education for the first time in their lives. Your help and donations are essential for the building of their future and the future of their country.

The price of the dinner is $ 95.00, of which $ 52.00 is tax deductible, and includes
the "Discovery of Asian Flavors" Menu, wine, and Asian Tea.

A raffle will be held at the dinner for prizes that include a
pair of tickets to London on Virgin Atlantic !
