On April 6^th 2000 the Inland Revenue introduced a new tax scheme making it easier for charities to reclaim the tax on single and regular donations. This means we can reclaim the tax on any donations you make to "THE NGINN KARET FOUNDATION FOR CAMBODIA" increasing the value of your gift by a third at no extra cost to yourself.

You simply have to:

1. Fill in your details below
2. Tick one of the boxes to confirm whether or not we will be able to reclaim tax on your gifts
3. Sign and date the declaration and return this form to:
   THE NGINN KARET FOUNDATION FOR CAMBODIA
   18 Kirk Close, Oxford, OX2 8JN, England

Special note: Please notify us if you move address or if you no longer pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax we reclaim on your donations.
