Notice from the Board of Trustees:

Firstly we would like to convey our warmest thanks to Maestro Mstislav Rostropovich for his support and generosity in giving the NKFC the honour of a benefit concert in Angkor in December of 2003.

It is therefore with much pain and regret that we annouce the cancellation of this much anticipated event.

Many people have been working on this project for over a year, devoting their time, resources and energy. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude and regret towards all who have worked so hard and given so much in the preparation of this event - their work, their support and most importantly their generosity are much appreciated.

Due to many unforseen circumstances and the heavily charged schedule of Maestro Rostropovich we are now unable to reschedule this event.
