The pages on this site, which relate to Frenchay Village Museum, and to the activities of The Frenchay Tuckett Society, are unofficial, although the webmaster enjoys the friendly co-operation of the Museum and the Society in many ways.
     Much information and many pictures are kindly provided by the Museum and by The Frenchay Tuckett Society. However, it has often been the case that, in order to produce an item for the Museum web pages, it has been necessary to repeat work and/or research which has already been done.
     It would be helpful if Museum curators, please, would supply at least some written material on exhibits which they prepare or amend, together with a few pictures, if available. Advance news of future plans would also be helpful.
     In future, no special effort will be made to keep the web pages up-to-date, unless information is provided; or unless it is stumbled upon, during a visit to the Museum or picked up in conversation. In the latter cases, interpretation of what is seen or heard, will be purely that of the webmaster.
